All orders are processed and shipped within a day and to ensure fast and accurate delivery, all orders are shipped out of our location in Vancouver.

RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused, unwashed, with the original tags on and same condition when you received it.All SALE Items are FINAL SALEand not eligible for refunds or returns.
Refunds Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days after your return has been received and authorized through our Returns Centre. Please not we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us. Please email hello@hurokids.com with your purchase order number and the item(s) you would like to return and we will advise you on how to proceed. Email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been applied.
